The Brolly putter brings a new function to the putting, a true aiming similar to the aiming with a rifle. The Brolly putter replaces the traditional more or less accurate alignment estimation by the perfect alignment.
The perfect alignment increases the putting success rate, and finally improves the score.
It is realized by means of a small slot graved in the butt-end of the grip. The slot is exactly in the direction of the face. Thus when the aimpoint is seen in the aiming slot the face is perfectly aligned in the direction of the aimpoint.
The Brolly putter is declared Rule conforming by the Royal and Ancient Golf-Club of Saint-Andrews and by the United States Golf Association.
